Meetings

The Facility Study Committee will meet regularly in the fall of 2026, aiming for Committee recommendations, if needed, to be presented to the Board of Trustees in December.

The Facility Study Committee process will be open and transparent. All meetings will be posted on this website and are open to the public. To allow all stakeholders to have a voice in the decision-making process, non-committee members in attendance are invited to listen, but not verbally participate. Non-members are encouraged to submit his/her question(s) and/or comments in writing on notecards that will be available at the meetings. These questions will be shared with the committee members, and answers will be communicated via email to guests who provide an email address on the notecard.
